After coming off a great second-place showing at the CBBF Nationals in Toronto, Lauren Jacobsen decided to try her luck at the North American Championships this past weekend in Cleveland. This show is well-known for being very competitive, and she was a little hesitant about entering, but she’s probably very glad she did. Lauren brought a superbly conditioned physique to the stage and ended up winning her class! From everyone at FUSION BODYBUILDING, we congratulate you on a great showing, Lauren, and we’re very proud to have you on our team.

Thanks for the informative article. Diet is not everything for an athlete, sometimes, weightlifting supplements are necessary to make one cope with the effort and be prepared for it. food is the main source of energy , but in the conditions of a faulty diet, supplements are more than necessary. Professional weightlifters often turn to ready-made products meant to compensate for their weight lifting supplements , providing the strength and vitality needed for workout routines and competition training.
Anyone know what she has been up to? After winning this, did she go on to any other comps? I can't find entries/results after this one. And to echo another comment, supplements ought to be a part of a routine. Creatine helps build muscle, burn fat, not by itself of course, you have to exercise and eat properly. But it is a very good all around supplement.
